Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data from InvoxLab at any time, free of charge, and without giving a reason. This page explains what data is affected and how to make the request.

What data can be deleted

Option A — Delete from inside your InvoxLab workspace (merchants)

  1. Sign in to your InvoxLab workspace.
  2. Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Click "Delete account".
  5. Confirm by re-entering your password.

Deletion is processed immediately. Once confirmed, you will lose access to your workspace and your data will be removed from production systems within a reasonable processing window.

Option B — Email request (merchants and end customers)

If you cannot access the app, or if you are an end customer of a merchant whose conversations were processed through InvoxLab and you want your data removed, send a request to:

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with GDPR / CCPA-style timelines.

What is not deleted

We may retain a minimal amount of information when required by law (for example, financial records for tax compliance, or records related to an open legal matter). We will tell you if this applies to your request.

Deletion from platform providers

Deleting your data from InvoxLab does not delete it from third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, WooCommerce). To delete your data from those platforms, follow their own data-deletion procedures.
